It still happens with explorer too, but sometimes a new tab volition open and sometimes information technology's a new window. After turning off my antivirus it seems to not happen as oft but even so happens. I can also be working in Word or Excel, not using the internet or even a browser window open, and I yet get the popular ups. I accept only gotten them when actively using the keyboard. It'south very foreign and I have no idea what is going on.

I am having the same verbal issue. In Edge, or Explorer, the How To Assistance window continually pops upwardly, sometimes every three seconds. Impossible to do annihilation on the computer. If the figurer is in airplane fashion, the screen to assistance connect to the net keeps popping up.

I was able to resolve this trouble on my computer.
Problem went away when I replaced keyboard and and so returned.

I am having this aforementioned exact problem ever since upgrading from windows eight to windows 10!!
It is nearly impossible to exercise anything! I don't even accept to type annihilation and STILL multiple chrome, microsoft edge/net explorer (whichever is set up to default) windows will continue to open up up to Bing'south help and support "how to get help for windows ten" window. I've disabled, uninstalled chrome and the same affair happens in Net explorer! If i am offline or in airplane way the problem continues to happen EVEN offline, windows keep to pop up and keys begin to shortcut again. Information technology is Impossible to exercise annihilation because each time this happens it takes me abroad from what I was currently doing, be it - watching a pic, writing in word, playing games or just browsing the spider web. It continues to Kicking ME out!
My F1 key is non stuck nor is my windows primal. I've uninstalled windows 10 and even so the problems persist even after system restore and in windows 8 where it has never happened before. In improver to this problem, my CAPS lock LED light no longer turns on but the LED keyboard still does, forth with other lights on the keyboard. Furthermore, on my keyboard when I hold down Shift + C but zippo appears even though the shift button continues to work with every other letter and the "c" primal still operates. I have to instead stick caps lock on to get a uppercase C if needed.
Lastly, when the window pop upwards occurs it sometimes messes with my keyboard configuration with some messages not able to piece of work and others opening shortcuts. Every bit soon as I press the "windows key" or "windows + esc" this seems to revert information technology back to its normal configuration only for information technology to revert back to pop-ups and shortcut keys seconds later.
And this is but the keyboard problems.. don't even get me started on the video playback problems - with gree screens, video delays, freezing etc. Just help me delight so that my keyboard can function again! Writing this on said laptop and it has taken me over 45mins to do and then as some shortcut push quits the browser window (4th time writing this over ii days every bit I've needed to adjust it)

I am having the exact same result every bit Isabella. I need to search for work and employ for jobs and I can't as I can't practise anything and by the fourth dimension I have done ane awarding I am ready to throw my laptop so it takes a whole day to do a few hours of searching and with 2 kids and being pregnant this has been an unnecessary burden! I take reformatted and that worked for 2 blissful days! Had to type this on my iPhone equally my laptop is going to send me insane!
