Hello Amit

I have followed the steps above - and the 'private' and 'public' tick boxes were indeed, un-ticked.

I therefore ticked them, merely the public box for 'Windows Media Player Sharing Eye' is greyed-out - I am unable to tick information technology.

Possibly as a consequence of this, I however cannot access album information from the internet.

Click on the Alter Settings button to a higher place the collection of applications displayed in the windows.  This should actuate the checkboxes.

It worked for me.
